Henry the Healthy and Alisha the Active Sharks®
The National Childhood Obesity Foundation® (
®) is proud to introduce both Alisha The Active Shark® and her twin brother Henry the Healthy Shark®. Alisha and Henry want to be your friend, and a true friend will always be honest with their friends. Both Alisha and Henry know how important proper nutrition and physical activity are for achieving and maintaining life-long health. Alisha and Henry want to share their knowledge of proper nutrition and physical activity with the toddler, pre-K, K-6 children and their parents, and expecting parents across the U.S.A., Canada, and Europe. Alisha and Henry would like all parents, caregivers, and children to take the 
SM Pledge. Also look for Alisha and Henry to be debuting through animation when ® initiates the SM Curriculum website programming and live physically when ® initiates the national Phase One 
® Health Education Tour.
