Christopher K. Davis; M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Davis is currently Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics in the Division of Cardiology at the University of California San Diego. He is the director of the cardiopulmonary exercise laboratory at Rady Children's Hospital San Diego. His research and clinical experience is focused on exercise testing and physiology of children with congenital and acquired heart disease, as well as athletic participation for this patient population. Other research has focused on the effects of diet and exercise on vascular health and the metabolic syndrome in both children and adults. He holds an M.D. degree, and a Ph.D. degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology.
